Telemarketing Campaign Manager

A Campaign Manager must be enthusiastic, dynamic and possess excellent marketing and team management skills. We require someone with attention to detail, determined to achieve their targets and serious about their career in the communications/marketing industry.

You will be consistently analysing campaign performance and identifying issues, presenting solutions to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple telemarketing campaigns simultaneously
• Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders and BDS staff
• Set targets and KPIs for campaigns and team members
• Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements
• Liaise with clients to ensure campaign objectives are met
• Report to senior management on campaign progress
• Recruit and train new team members

• Significant experience in telemarketing or B2B sales management
• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
