German Speaking Business Development Representative

About the Role

We're looking for a German-speaking Business Development Specialist who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys healthy competition. You'll bring energy, creativity, and communication skills to every interaction, turning connections into opportunities and opportunities into results.

Working alongside client Account Executives (AEs) and partnering daily with one of the world's leading technology companies, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth across the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the DACH region
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Collaborate with AEs to develop account strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native level)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Previous B2B sales or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Target-driven with a competitive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
