Account Manager

About the Role

Our client portfolio is vast and loyal – many of our clients have been working with us since Astute's inception.

An Account Manager will work hard to understand their changing needs and provide intuitive customer service culminating in the delivery of quality results and an excellent experience for each client to build further trust and respect with the Astute brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client objectives and ensure campaign delivery
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements
  • Prepare and present campaign reports to clients
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Retain and grow client accounts

Requirements

  • Previous account management or client services experience
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of B2B marketing
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver
