Telesales – B2B Sales – Business Development

Up to £27,000.00/year + commission Bournemouth, UK Full time Business Development

About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist (BDS) you will be required to make outbound telephone calls to potential clients, maintaining a professional manner at all times.

Extensive training and support will be provided throughout your time at Astute to aid your soft skills, organisation, commercial awareness and technological development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B telephone calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior sales staff
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs

Requirements

  • Previous telesales or B2B sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confident, ambitious and target-driven
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Resilient with a positive attitude
