New Business Development Manager

About the Role

As Astute continues to grow, we are now looking for experienced Business-to-Business Sales professionals to join our team and continue to help us grow whilst moving into new markets and developing new products.

You will target, win and grow new business accounts for Astute, liaise internally to ensure strong delivery of assigned campaigns, and develop ideas and create offers for clients to help win new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Present Astute's services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Develop new product offerings and market strategies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing services
  • Strong track record of winning new business
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
